Ras Shungi Beach Resort
Ras Shungi Beach Resort is located in the South Eastern Coast of the Island of
Zanzibar between Jambiani and Makunduchi, about 64 km from Stonetown and about 60 km from airport
and easily accessibile, about 55 minutes of transfer, to asphalt roads. Built along a Shungi Ras
overviewing the seaside, it has a splendid view of the India Ocean and of the white fine
sandy beach.
Our modern banquet rooms are the perfect venue for meetings, seminars, cocktail
parties, dinners and other business functions for up to five hundred people. We have several
convenient sizes with daylight and all are air conditioned. The rooms have all necessary
technical equipment. This oasis right at the ocean front offers 45 square meters of
perfect all weather shade in the middle of our tropical gardens adjoining the
spectacular Infinity Pool. This venue is the perfect location for a
corporate lunch, dinner or cocktail party and can be combined
with the gardens. Intimate wedding ceremonies, theme parties
and other occasions become special and make a
difference in this setting.
